Use of this application constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect immediately on your first use of the application.

Any person accessing the site cannot hold Acumen Research Ltd or its personnel responsible for injury or loss caused by reliance on the information provided in the web site. Acumen Research Ltd does not take responsibility for the accuracy and availability of third party web sites that user's access.
Acumen Research Ltd reserve the right to withdraw functions and services available currently or in the future without notice if deemed necessary.
Acumen Research Ltd take reasonable steps to protect your personally identifiable information (such as email address) as you transmit your information from your app to our site and to protect such information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

All payments are handled by a third-party payment processing orgnisation (WorldPay). Acumen Rsearch Ltd never store, see or have access to your credit/debit card details.
Acumen Research Ltd will not sell or pass your details to anyone else (unless we are required to by law).

Payment Terms
A 30-day free trial of the software is available for all users. After 30 days, the annual subscription for the software use is due.
If, following payment of your annual subscription, you do not wish to continue use of the application, Acumen offer a 14-day full no-oligation refund.
If you cancel/do not renew your subscription all data will be deleted.
Payments are processed through WorldPay. Acumen do not have access to, store or use your payment details.
The following payment methods are accepted.
